Beginning with the late William Frank Fisher, we have been in the real estate investment business for over 100 years, including the purchase, sale, development and subdivision of farm, pasture and timber properties for agricultural, recreational and residential uses. We have served as incorporators, partners, directors, licensed professionals and advisors for and with investors from throughout Europe and the United States. Our investment properties have included some of the most productive agricultural real estate in the Mississippi River Alluvial Valley as well as attractive recreational properties, prime development sites and rich hardwood and pine timber tracts.

Company namesake the late Bobby Fisher, Sr., received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of, Mississippi in 1956. He had the privilege of playing football at the University under the legendary Coach John Vaught. At the position of left end, he started on two championship teams including the 1955 Sugar Bowl and the 1956 Cotton Bowl. Current members of the Mississippi Delta Corporate Team consist of Cris Wilson who serves as Corporate President, William Wixon who serves as Corporate Vice President, Nathan Peden who serves as Director of Wildlife Programs and Office Administrator and Bobby Fisher, Jr. who serves as Director of Finance and Administration. Cris is a licensed Mississippi Real Estate Broker and, in that capacity, is referred to handle all licensable real estate activities. He was a collegiate athlete (playing the position of catcher) and received a BA degree with an emphasis in Communications and Real Estate. William received a BA degree with an emphasis in computer information systems from Delta State University. He has worked in the corporate sector for a number of years and joined the Mississippi Delta Team in 2009. William handles the web site design and administration for the company as well as all other IT concerns. Nathan was also a college baseball player at East MS Community College, where he was a two-time JUCO All-State and sophomore All-American third baseman, while studying Forestry. He then continued his studies in Forestry and Wildlife Management at Mississippi State University. Nathan was a member of the Field Staff during the 2009-10 and 2010-11 duck seasons before being promoted to his current position as Director of Wildlife Programs. Bobby, Jr. received a BBA and JD from the University of Mississippi with an emphasis in real estate. He actively engaged in the real estate profession for over 20 years and now handles the day-to-day financial affairs and management of the company while providing educational instruction and support for Cris and affiliated real estate personnel. He no longer actively engages in licensable real estate activity – serving in an advisory capacity to Cris and his licensees.

Mississippi law requires all persons and companies engaging in licensable real estate brokerage activities to hold a valid and active real estate license.
